ERB'S PALSY

Painting by Joachim Bueckelaer entitled ‘The well-stocked kitchen’ (Antwerp, Belgium, 1566). Half-way in the background, a man is seen sitting with a deformity of the left arm, rotated internally with wrist and fingers flexed, suggestive of Erb’s paralysis.
